RETURNS + -

The VOID Return Policy

- You can return an order within 14 days of receipt of your order at your own expense
- The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.

When we receive your return in good conditions, we will make sure to reimburse the amount to you as soon as possible.

Be mindful of deodorant, makeup or perfume that may rub off, and beware of jewelry that may catch or tear the fabric.

VOID Events reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Rejected items will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact our Support team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

Damaged/defective items: if you believe an item to be defective or damaged, please contact our Support team so that they can help resolve the issue.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AFTER PLACING MY ORDER? + -

If you have not received a confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, the following may have gone wrong.

- Your provider may have marked our automatic mailing as spam and deleted/moved it to the spam box;
- You have made a typing error in your email address;

If you have not received a confirmation, please contact us at info@voidevents.com.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PURCHASE? + -

Not satisfied? No problem! You may return the purchased products within 14 days after the delivery date.

If you would like a different product, you can return the unwanted product. After we have received and processed the product, we aim to credit it within 10 working days! In the meantime you can re-order the correct product in our webshop.

MY PURCHASE WAS WRONGLY DELIVERED, DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE. WHAT SHOULD I DO? + -

EVENTS FAQ

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE FOR VOID EVENTS ATTENDEES? + -

The minimum age for attendees at any VOID Event is 18 years or older.
Always take your Identity Card (ID) or Passport to our events in The Netherlands. We might ask you to confirm your age. 

WHAT IS THE LOCATION OF VOID EVENTS? + -

VOID Events hosts their events at different venues. Also, VOID Events does not have any public visitor's address.

DOES EVERY VOID EVENT VENUE HAVE LOCKERS? + -

We try to have lockers within every event venue, but we can't always make sure there are lockers available.

If we have lockers available at a certain event, we will communicate this on the particular event pages on www.voidevents.com/events.

TICKETS FAQ

I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS IN MY E-MAIL, WHAT CAN I DO? + -

That can happen, ofcourse! Here's an easy fix from our ticket partner Eventix: eventix.io/search

If you still can't find your tickets or you haven't received them after purchasing, please contact us at info@voidevents.com.

DO THE TICKETS HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME NAME AS THE ATTENDEE? + -

No, we won't look at the names on the tickets

CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER PURCHASING MY TICKETS? + -

We sadly can't refund tickets that are purchased for upcoming events. It is possible to give or sell them to someone else while the tickets are on your name. 

This does not apply on events that are cancelled or moved to a different date. In this case you will get an e-mail where you can choose to keep your tickets for the next event or refund your money.
